Return policy

At Klin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, we are here to help.

General Return Conditions

  1. Return Request : To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can contact us at returns@klin.fr to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions.

  2. Unused and Undamaged Products : Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in good condition. Damaged or used products will not be eligible for return.

  3. Return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in shipping the order.

  4. Refund or Exchange : You have the choice between a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a similar product. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@klin.fr to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Carefully package the products in their original packaging and include the RA on the outside of the package.

  3. Send the package to the return address we will provide you when requesting RA.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the products, we will issue a refund or exchange, in accordance with your preferences.

Defective or Damaged Product Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping cost.
